The Best Place to Learn and Grow

We believe that great vets are made through a combination of clinical expertise and personal development. Our programme is not just about refining your clinical skills, though that’s an essential part of the journey—it’s also about helping you grow into a well-rounded professional.

What’s on offer:

  • Varied caseload: From routine consultations to more complex medical and surgical cases, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of cases, including emergency care.
  • Comprehensive support: Your development will be supported by a buddy team member and a dedicated GDP (Graduate Development Programme) advisor.
  • Tailored training: We understand that everyone has different learning needs, so we’ll personalise your development plan to suit your strengths, areas for growth, and career aspirations.
  • Team development: Working with both large and small teams, you’ll develop your communication, decision-making, and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

We don’t just prepare you for the job—we prepare you for a successful, fulfilling career. Whether your long-term future lies with us or elsewhere, we want to ensure you leave here with the skills, confidence, and experience to excel.

We’re committed to ongoing professional development. As part of our team, you’ll have access to the following:

  • Radiology rounds: Monthly online meetings to discuss interesting radiology cases

  • Clinical club: Internal discussions on interesting cases and protocols
  • Case reviews: Active, ongoing case discussions with senior vets
  • Weekly catch-ups with your GDP advisor to ensure your continuous progression

Plus, our unlimited CPD budget, 1-2-1 coaching, and mentoring support will ensure you continue to grow, both clinically and personally.
