We are looking for RVN’s to join us due to our growth and expansion, which includes moving to a 4 day week! As an independent and employee-owned practice we like to put our nurses in the driving seat of patient care. We value them as members of the team and want to encourage them to do all within their capacity including Schedule 3 procedures.

Our team of nurses love being able to have discussions with all involved with the patients care and make changes that vastly improve patient welfare and mental stimulation.
We believe that our nurses should do what they are trained to and that is why they do not do any reception work. We believe their skills are best utilized with hands on nursing or educating clients in clinics.
We welcome nurses of all skill levels and band salaries in a way which reflects what you bring to the business, not simply based on how long you have been qualified (£26k-31k).We have an active number of clinical coaches and mentors so we can help you achieve your career goals and aspirations.
The working schedule consists of 32 hours per week, plus site dependent may include shared responsibility for covering Saturday mornings or nominal on-call backup cover at weekends and bank holidays.
