About the role

We are looking for a new HR Administrator to join our talent team, who is detail oriented with strong organisational and administrative skills. The position is based at our new site in Sevenoaks having recently moved out of the site in which we were for over 130 years.

As an HR Administrator, you will need to maintain accuracy and compliance in your tasks whilst maintaining excellent discretion and communication skills. You will be supporting the HR Manager with payroll and various HR administrative processes for over 150 members of staff, both clinical and non-clinical. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who carries a passion for their work in talent and a drive to thrive in an Employee Owned environment.

We are looking for someone who has these qualities:

  • Manage payroll submissions and maintain comprehensive employee records using Breathe HR software.

  • Oversee employee benefits and remuneration, including the administration of benefits and liaising with the benefits providers.

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Address and escalate employee relations issues to the HR Manager or Directors.

  • Assist with recruitment tasks, from posting job adverts and preparing employment contracts.

  • Support training and development initiatives, and manage employee engagement and recognition programs.

  • Streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency with HR technologies.

Experience:

  • Possess strong experience in HR administration, with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and a proficiency in Microsoft Office and the HR software Breathe.
  • Time spent in managing payroll is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Possessing a level 3 CIPD qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong personal integrity with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
